How can I get my order Exchanged/Returned?

Once you have completed the form, one of our team members will email you regarding the approval and the next steps in the process.

Terms for Exchange / Returns

  • Orders can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products bought during a sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Products purchased during a Flash Sale will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • COD orders will only be refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and the refund/exchange will not be processed.
  • Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Return Pickup

  • Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.
  • For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other charges that may apply) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received the product back.

Refund Process

Refund will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.
