- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not qualify for exchange or store credit.

- If it costs less, the balance will be credited to you as store credit.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickups are available at an additional cost of ₹150, charged by our logistics partner. This is a mandatory logistics fee and must be paid by the customer to initiate the exchange process.
- The pickup process may take up to 12 working days to complete.
- For international orders, customers must bear the return shipping and customs charges to send the product to our Indian warehouse. Exchange or store credit will be issued after inspection.
