Yes, you can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancelled orders. Instead, the full purchase amount will be issued as a credit note, which will be added to your Arthlife account within 2–3 working days.
You can redeem this credit in the form of a coupon at the checkout page when placing a new order for your favorite outfits.
Yes, we offer ready sizes up to 9 years. For sizes above 9 years, we accept custom orders based on your provided measurements.
The delivery timeline for custom orders is 10–15 days from the date of booking. All custom orders are managed via WhatsApp at 7557207557.
Please note that exchange, refund, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not available on custom orders.
Shipping
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery. Please note, from 01-04-2025 onwards, a shipping charge of Rs.100 is applicable on all COD orders with a total value up to Rs.2000. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Store Queries
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, but we do not have a physical store. Our brand operates entirely online, so you can easily shop with us from anywhere.

General Queries
To receive updates on product restocking, simply click on 'Notify Me' on the product page and opt in for notifications. You'll be informed via email as soon as the product is back in stock.
The order usually takes 5-8 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a mail on your registered Mail ID.
